View customer wishlists
Wysh now makes it easier for staff to view customer wishlist favourites directly in the app. Instead of asking customers to share their wishlist by email, you can go to the Wishlists page, find the customer, and open their wishlist to see the items they have saved.
This is useful when you want a quick view of what a customer is interested in so you can give better recommendations, prepare a quote, or support an assisted sale.
When to use this feature
- When a customer wants recommendations based on products they already like
- When you need to check saved items before suggesting sizes, colours, or similar products
- When you are preparing a quote or helping build an order
- When a customer is shopping in-store, by phone, or through customer service
