View customer wishlists

Wysh now makes it easier for staff to view customer wishlist favourites directly in the app. Instead of asking customers to share their wishlist by email, you can go to the Wishlists page, find the customer, and open their wishlist to see the items they have saved.

This is useful when you want a quick view of what a customer is interested in so you can give better recommendations, prepare a quote, or support an assisted sale.

How to view a customer’s wishlist

In the Wysh app, go to Wishlists. This page shows a list of customer wishlists that staff can browse.Look through the list to find the customer whose wishlist you want to view.Click the customer name to open that customer’s wishlist.View the products saved in the wishlist and use them to guide your conversation, recommendations, quote, or assisted sale.You no longer need to ask customers to share their wishlist by email in order to view their saved items.
